Hadrian, 117-138. Denarius (Silver, 19 mm, 3.39 g, 6 h), uncertain mint in the East, circa 128-130. HADRIANVS AVGVSTVS P P Laureate head of Hadrian to right. Rev. COS III Minerva standing front, head to right, holding inverted spear in her right hand and resting her left hand on shield set on ground. BMC -. RIC 3059. Strack -. Very rare. Attractive iridescent toning. A few light scratches and with some die rust on the obverse, otherwise, very fine.
